This is an ongoing project with my brother in law to build a pizza oven. Last year we built a concrete base approx 2m square. He has since built the block work walls. We then cast a reinforced concrete slab on top for the precast oven to sit on. The oven was supplied as a kit and he is currently covering the oven with reclaimed bricks. 1st cooking took place on Sunday 19/06/2011.
Here we will try and give you an idea of the type of work we do and the quality of the work we aim to achieve. For a free estimate please call us on 01202 912792 or 07535 107 107

River edging
Here we are installing a oak and rope edging to a concrete river jetty area. The posts are 3” x 3” green oak and they are linked at the base with 3” x 1” green oak to aid stability.

Chimney Removal
Here we removed a large chimney from a house where it was no longer being used and was taking up valuable space in a bedroom (see photos right). Over 12 tons of brickwork was removed from the roof, loft and bedroom. The hole in the roof was patched with matching roof tiles so that the repair was invisible (see photo below). The ceiling hole was plasterboarded and skimmed over. The floor was fitted with new joists and boarded over level with existing floor.
